Printing Departments **Schedule: **We currently have both day and night shift opportunities available.
We currently run 12-hour shifts and the ability to work every other weekend is a must. "Narrow Web" Printing Press Operators: Salary: $18.00 -$30.00
Printing Press Operator Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain 5-6 color "Narrow Web-Lithographic" presses. Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the job requirements. Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc. Makes necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the customers quality specifications. Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required. Performs periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer. Meet budgeted performance objectives. ** Printing Press OperatorRequirements: (We are looking for good people to train into this career) Requires comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of techniques, procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety requirements to set-up, adjust, operate, and maintain equipment. Skilled in a wide variety of complex manipulations and mechanical procedures to perform a variety of tasks to set-up, make major adjustments, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment. Skill to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press usage, press settings and materials needed to run the job successfully. Good Attendance is a MUST Printing Press Operators: Salary: $18.00 - $37.50
