Job DescriptionLaSalle Network is partnering with a family-owned business specializing in the industrial space to hire a hybrid Print Designer to join their team in their East Dundee office. This individual will be the first designated Print Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Graphic and Print Design coupled with proficiency in video editing as well. Print Designer Responsibilities:Design visually stunning print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners and other promotional materialsDevelop innovative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended messageCollaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectivesUtilize video editing software to edit compelling multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites and presentationsEdit and enhance video footage, add visual effects, transitions and audio elements to produce high-quality videosEnsure consistency and quality across all design and video projects while meeting tight deadlinesStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and techniquesProvide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects and campaignsPrint Designer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related field1+ years' experience as a Print Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing print design projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignExperience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similarStrong understanding of typography, color theory and layout principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistencyIf you are interested and meet the qualifications above, please apply to thePrint Designer opening today!
