Conduct daily line checks and support the culinary team through service Ensure consistency in recipe adherence, cleanliness, sanitation, procurement, food cost, and quality control. Lead by example, ensuring every plate is prepared with integrity, and coach your team to excel in their roles. Focus on continuous development and growth, working with your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Recruit, train, develop, and retain kitchen staff. Maintain kitchen equipment and enforce proper usage. Oversee scheduling, labor needs, food cost, inventory, and purchasing. Enforce company policies and expectations and ensure safety, sanitation, and health code regulations compliance. Benefits:
