What you'll be responsible forCircle is looking for a Principal Visual Designer to elevate the overall quality and detail of our experiences, craft consistency across them, and provide the organizational guidance and training that allows others to do the same by leveraging the foundation you provide. Acquiring a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, you'll own the visual language and interaction patterns for Circle's product suite, launching standalone experiences, and other projects that directly contribute to customer and business success. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.Lead Visual DesignerBase Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500Annual Bonus Target: 15%Principal Visual DesignerBase Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
