OHAI is seeking a Senior-level Program Manager to support our executive leadership team via our Chief of Staff office.
This position is focused on driving key cross-org initiatives, strategic planning, operational oversight, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, a deep understanding of business operations, the ability to collaborate effectively across various lines of business, and interfacing with VP-level executives across varying teams.
Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Work closely with leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Manage organizational risks, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive executive-level reporting, providing clear and concise updates on organizational status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and feedback to refine operational processes.
- Ensure successful communication across all organizational stakeholders, promoting transparency and maintaining a collaborative working environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- At least 9 years of post-college experience and 4 years proven experience in a senior program management role in a large organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional programs, demonstrating the ability to align diverse teams towards a common goal.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with experience in delivering executive-level updates.
- Experience of working within, influencing within, and networking within a matrix environment and driving change.
