This role will work across our product teams to drive a portfolio approach to our mobile product investments across growth, browser essentials, AI and more. You will work with our teams to help identify and build features for existing products as well as help identify new product strategies to help differentiate.What you'll do:Define mobile product strategy for Firefox Mobile and Firefox Focus on iOS and AndroidClearly set the product/backlog prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in various platforms.Work across several teams to sure we have the right mobile product investments and that they'll accrue to a great mobile browsing experience.Be a product evangelist and partner closely with business team members and engineering leaders.Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to a range of senior leaders and down to development teams.Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into concrete advancements for our products.What you'll bring:10+ years of product management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major productsProduct experience with highly trafficked native-mobile products with millions of users.Strong product sense and understanding of user problemsExperience setting a portfolio approach to investments across productsExcellent interpersonal skills, which include active listening and the ability to present complex ideas in concise written and verbal descriptionsExperience working with external partners both in the U.S. and abroad in a product management role.Experience identifying customer and business problems, participating in the product vision, and writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience.Experience crafting strategies to differentiate a product in a crowded space.You appreciate integrity and approach business, decision-making, and responsibilities honestly and openly.What you'll get:Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one teamRich medical, dental, and vision coverageGenerous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause togetherCountry specific holidays plus a day off for your birthdayOne-time home office stipendAnnual professional development budgetQuarterly well-being stipendConsiderable paid parental leaveEmployee referral bonus programOther benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled.
