As part of this role, you will be responsible on supporting multiple manufacturing sites in their OEE improvement journey providing training to team members, coaching the sites through their cultural transformation and leading events for opportunities ideation and project hopper creation.One of the Medtronic strategies is to drive operational efficiencies improvement to drive quality improvement and cost down. OI will have a team to focus on global OEE standardization, adaptation, and implementation. This role will interact with Medtronic global operations to drive a culture of business process optimization and innovation.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Manage OEE Capital, Expense and Saving portfolio with sites.Report OEE Capital, Expense and Savings.Deploy and promote OEE culture on sites in scope.Develop and implement the OEE standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing.Develop a plan with key stakeholders to improve lines and processes to deliver savings targets.Apply a system-based approach for improving OEE, so it can be sustained after the project is complete.Coaching and developing individuals and team on planning and managing for OEE improvement.Leading OEE Program – developing overall program plan, organization, and tracking approach.Ensuring organization follows KPI standard for measurement and reporting OEE.Developing OEE improvement plans with stakeholders for individual lines and processes.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceNice to HaveHave excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrate teamwork and have a strong internal/external customer focus.Negotiation and influence management skills.Must be able to work independently, be self-motivating, and act as a change agent.Lean Sigma BB/MBBKnow Program and Project Management to plan, organize and deliver results with key stakeholders and teams.Use data analytics to drive decision making.Drive positive results under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment.About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
