QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Primary Care Services with appropriate unrestricted license (PA, APRN, MD). Three years of experience in primary care setting required. Prescribing privileges required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Exam and diagnose patients, order appropriate diagnostic tests and prescribe medications. Develop and manage treatment plans for patients including preventative care and health maintenance. Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention and medical treatments.
