Pricipal Giving Strategic Analyst

Job summary
The Principal Giving Strategic Analyst position is a full-time permanent position.The analyst will work closely with the Principal Giving/University Initiatives Senior Strategic Analyst and the PG team.The position requires developing strategies to engage donors and prospective donors in support of the UW's strategic priorities.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Compile research on philanthropic habits, demographic styles, and meaningful relationships of prospects.• Develop prospect strategies and recommend activities to deepen relationships.• Track donor strategy and engagement plans for prospects.• Identify cultivation tactics and develop custom outreach for prospects.• Analyze and drive strategies for engaging potential Principal Giving prospects.• Manage the process for the PG team's portfolio review and facilitate updates.• Coordinate PG events and maintain engagement activities for guests.• Support University Initiatives prospect analysis and prioritization.• Provide analysis and reports on campaign benchmarks.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.• Four years of project management, development, or advancement experience.• Knowledge of Advancement principles.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.• Organizational ability and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
