What you'll do:Eaton's Interconnect Technologies Aerospace Division is looking for a Pricing AnalystThe pricing analyst will support the Pricing Organization in maximizing the overall profit contribution of the business, by managing and identifying pricing opportunities, assist with pricing process and standardization that align with market and customer expectations; collaborate with divisions, field sales and finance, to align pricing activities.Essential Function include but are not limited to: • Manage transactional pricing requests on a daily basis• Create and implement standardization of pricing data, quotations and associated activities• Perform customer or product specific analysis to measures changes in sales, margin, and price• Interact with multiple layers of the organization – product line marketing and field sales• Utilize internal programs such as C360, COGNOS, Qlikview and MfgPro, SAP to support analysis of product cost, economies of scale and unrealized cost reduction opportunities• Perform market analysis to provide sales volume opportunities while protecting against profit loss• Participate in development of annual price lists, special pricing agreements and pricing for new product initiativesQualifications:Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution with 0-3 years experience.... else ... Bachelor's degree in non-Business or non-Finance related degree AND minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, financial analysis, pricing, or market planning or similar experience• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Preferred Qualifications:• 3 or more years of experience in cost analysis, pricing or similar experience with Finance or Business related degree.• Strong analytic skills with knowledge of Eaton tools, products and processes. Excel, Mfg Pro, SAP• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stake holders across multiple functions is preferred.• Knowledge of analytical techniques for developing research and interpreting data is a plus.• Excellent English verbal / written communication skills.
