Prevailing Wage Specialist
Pay $30/hr
Located in Columbus, OH
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing wage determinations in accordance with (federal) and State of Ohio prevailing wage labor compliance laws
This includes reviewing subcontractors' labor submissions to verify they are paying accurate union rates and compiling documents for submission
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction prevailing wage laws, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Needs strong documentation management, maintain accurate records of prevailing wage rates, certified payrolls, and related documentation in accordance with legal requirements

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
