SummaryThis role will work as a floater in our office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. The compensation for this role is $20/hourResponsibilitiesShadowCase ManagersOrder medical records from providersPrepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriesInvestigate the nature and facts of casesLearn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providersPrepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each caseQualificationHigh school diploma or GED1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal departmentHighly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail with a great attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skillsWillingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organizationExtensive expertise in computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and type no less than 35 wpm#LI-AP1
