As a Press Brake Operator you would fabricate parts for a variety of customers. Press Brake Operators run production and non-production jobs, communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and management, follow established Quality Management Systems, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.2nd Shift: 4 day work week, 10 hour shifts, 4pm-2:30am, includes a paid lunch1st Shift: 4 day work week, 10 hour shifts, 5am-3:30pmOvertime available, but optionalWhat you will get to doSet-up, load and run product into the CNC Press Brake MachinePerforms daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shiftFollow and performs inspection per Process Routing Document and legibly records results of inspectionCompletes reports and other associated paperworkCommunicates with management, foreperson, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.Follows all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and formsSafeguards company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical)Be willing to be cross trained on other equipment within the facilityWhat you bring to the teamMust have 1-12 months of CNC Press Brake experienceHigh school diploma or GED is requiredDemonstrates inspection competenceDemonstrates basic mathematical skillsAbility to read blueprints and drawingsFluency in written and spoken English is requiredTeam PlayerIntegrity and SafetyThe BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operateRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
