Responsibilities
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves• Assist with kitchen deliveries and product storage• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures• Follow established procedures for cleanliness and safety• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties• Report safety hazards and violations• Perform other assigned duties
