• Prepares food items according to standards• Ensures compliance with health codes• Maintains stocking and organization of work area• Operates equipment safely• Completes prep tasks according to standards• Responds to guest requests• Maintains food storage and rotation• Works closely and communicates with team members• Follows brand standards• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• No prior education or experience required• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment desired• Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment• Must meet company standards regarding food quality and safety• Must demonstrate teamwork• Must maintain a positive attitude• Must maintain a clean and organized workstation• Must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe• Must be able to carry/lift 10-30 lbs
