Our Crew Members ensure that our guests are given a warm welcome upon arrival and that they leave happy and satisfied with their experience.
Pay range : $14 -$17/hour, which includes guaranteed tips. Your Impact You are energized by working as part of a team, and you demonstrate teamwork in your words and actions by actively seeking out opportunities to pitch-in and help the team wherever it may be needed. Use your culinary skills by preparing proteins, vegetables and fruits, recipes and sauces to FreshFin specifications and standards. Work on the food line and prepare our delicious bowls to exact recipe standards and within ticket time expectations. While your main focus will be in the kitchen operations, you will be cross-trained to support the front-of-house and provide customer service. What You Bring to the FreshFin Team Your willingness to support both kitchen and front-of-house operations, when necessary. If you have previous experience in a full-service dining or fast-casual restaurant, that's a plus!
