Responsibilities
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation• Work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef• Maintain kitchen cleanliness• Adhere to cleaning schedules• Receive, store, and prepare food according to company standards• Assist with food transportation and storage• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment• Assist with special events and theme meals• Attend pre-meal stand-up in the kitchen• Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
• Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English• Food handlers permit as required by law or company standards• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to follow and read recipes and production guides
