Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough audits on insurance premium records for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies.
Analyze policyholders' records to verify accuracy in business classifications and operations descriptions.
Organize and prepare for each audit by determining the necessary information and types of records required.
Schedule and conduct audits efficiently, utilizing optimal time management skills.
Engage with policyholders through phone, email, and mail to coordinate audit appointments.
Compile detailed audit documents, clarify audit results with policyholders, and relay findings to the home office.
Job Requirements:
An Associate's Degree or equivalent; at least one year of experience in premium auditing is highly desirable.
Strong capability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); familiarity with Visual Audit is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
