Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Premises Pre-Suit Attorney in our office in Jacksonville, Georgia.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of allpre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Lit approvalGuide clients through the case processDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issuesOversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packagesManage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case ManagersFocus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotiveDrive compliance and KPIs amongst teamEUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirementsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association2+ years of premises or personal injury experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit casesExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsThis role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.#LI-CB2
