As Preconstruction Manager in St. Louis, you'll play a vital role in shaping large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead preconstruction phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and scope development for St. Louis projects. Build strong relationships with local clients and subcontractors. Coordinate seamlessly with project teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) in St. Louis. Champion value engineering to optimize project costs. Manage project scope and ensure alignment with project goals. Guarantee compliance with all safety and building codes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior preconstruction team members. Bridge the gap between preconstruction and operations teams. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with St. Louis clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred) or relevant experience. 6+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on preconstruction. Strong understanding of cost estimating and value engineering techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
