Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Preconstruction Manager at STRUCTURAL-BUILDERS & RESTORATIONS located in North Miami, FL.Job Responsibilities·

Prepares and estimates budget costs for restoration projects by studying plans and specifications.·

Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.·

Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.·

Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.·

Develops bids for restoration projects.·

Works closely with engineers and other professionals.·

Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.·

Navigates and understands building codes.·

Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.·

Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.·

Participate and be actively involved in membership groups relevant to restoration, such as ICRI, BOMA, ACI, etc.·

Develop and collaborate presentations with marketing team for new projects and opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:·

Knowledge of current market prices·

Knowledge of suppliers and vendor pricing·

Strong math skills·

Ability to navigate specifications and plans·

Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects·

Ability to handle multiple assignments at once·

Knowledge of the latest building codes·

Close attention to detail·

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation and Experience Requirements:•

A bachelor's degree in mathematics, architecture, engineering, or similar•

At least 5years of related experience is required
