Responsibilities: Design and Innovation: Develop machine components, assemblies, systems, and part-holding tooling to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Technical Documentation: Produce precise technical drawings and blueprints to guide the manufacturing process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design refinement and cost reduction, advocating improvements from conception to implementation.
Troubleshooting and Evaluation: Perform technical evaluations and manufacturing troubleshooting, devising strategies and corrective actions to address and mitigate issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to communicate and implement design changes effectively.
Requirements Strong foundation in mechanical design, analysis, and problem-solving, particularly in precision engineering for industrial applications.
Proven ability to enhance machine design and innovate existing models for improved performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing settings with a willingness to engage directly in production processes.
Proficient in managing multiple projects, with strong capabilities in Autodesk Inventor or comparable CAD software.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a design engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
