Precast Production Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Precast Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in precast production management, with experience in the manufacturing and construction industries.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the precast manufacturing plant, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards, as well as customer specifications.
Develop and implement production processes that are efficient, effective, and consistent with industry best practices.
Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and manage budgets, production schedules, and inventory levels.
Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
ACI American Concrete Institute cert (Required)
PCI Prestressed Concrete Institute cert (Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in precast production management or a similar role in the manufacturing or construction industries.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of precast manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials is preferred.
