Practice Support Specialist Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Practice Support Specialist (PSS) to work collaboratively with our clinical team in Fort Collins, CO supporting Larimer County from its on-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center.
Role highlights include:
40 hour per week position ? no weekends required! WATCH: What It's Like to Practice Healthcare at Marathon Health Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence Ensure patient completes Privacy forms Check patients in and out Collect co-pays Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical setting required Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with patients and strong computer skills required You should want to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference A commitment to living by our Ambassadors Code values of integrity, compassion, respect, exceptional service, and teamwork About Marathon Health: Patient care is different here.
