Responsibilities
• Conduct regular staff huddles, foster open communication, and challenge and develop staff• Stay current with OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations• Build and nurture positive working relationship with doctors and staff• Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs• Ensure practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern
Requirements
• H.S. diploma with College degree or equivalent preferred• Minimum of two years dental experience in management role• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control training• Proficiency with computer and dental software
