Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our team at Ford Motor in San Diego, California. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting our public relations efforts and building positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement PR campaigns to promote Ford Motor's products and initiatives- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials- Manage media inquiries and interview requests- Monitor and report on media coverage- Assist in organizing and executing PR events and press conferences- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall business objectives- Maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and social media influencers- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify PR opportunities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field- Proven experience in PR, communications, or journalism- Strong writing and editing skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Reliable and detail-oriented- Cooperative and able to work well in a team environment- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and MS Office Suite
