Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a PR Associate in our Austin, Texas office. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in public relations.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns- Monitor media coverage and social media for mentions of the company- Draft press releases, pitches, and other PR materials- Assist in organizing and executing PR events and initiatives- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on PR strategies

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent research skills- Driven and adaptable mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- No prior experience required, but internships or relevant coursework is a plus
