What You'll do: Participates in development, testing and delivery of software products or components to maintain existing systems. Develops detail program specifications and programs for these components. Develops and tests interfaces between software products and products of other vendors. Creates and tests modules and components for compliance to design specifications. Participates in design and code reviews; addresses findings. Senior Level. Employees in this level require greater knowledge, training, and/or experience than Sr Consultant. The amount of work review, checks, and supervision are less for an employee at this level. Complexity or variety of work is higher than Sr Consultant and may involve greater technical, mathematical, or scientific skills. The scope of assignments may vary when compared to Sr Consultant. How You'll Excel In Your Role: Effective written and verbal communication Ability to present internally and to clients Ability to execute tasks independently and coordinate with a broader team Ability to understand high-level customer needs and translate to PowerBI capabilities High learning agility to adapt to a new project and customer requests Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Minimum of 5 years of experience building Datasets and Interactive reports in Power BI Minimum of 5 years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, or evaluating data reporting Minimum of 2 years of experience with Data Warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Cloudera, etc) Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL and RDBMS technologies (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, etc) Experience working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements Experience with developing and implementing analytics in a production setting with large data sets Experience with Version Control and/or DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc) Working in Agile project teams Preferred Experience Experience designing and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud services (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Informatica, etc) Experience in PowerBI capacity administration SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Experience writing code in Python Experience with Apache Spark Databricks experience Skills: Certification: Why You'll Never Want to Leave: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Flexible Spending Account 4% 401K Match (immediate vesting) Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development Flexible work schedule On-site gym and childcare option The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for?any applicable geographic?differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
