Synthesize compounds (small molecules and peptides) and conduct bioassays to assess their biological activities, including antimicrobial, anticancer, and drug delivery properties. Provide assistance to the research team in routine laboratory tasks such as maintaining and ensuring laboratory safety, manuscript writing, data analysis, and presentation during meetings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Chemical synthesis and characterization of compounds using NMR, HPLC and Mass Spec, peptide synthesis, artificial intelligence and computation chemistry, bacteria and mammalian cell culture, microbroth dilution assay, antiproliferative assay, flow cytometry, microscopy, recording and analysis of data, manuscript writing and presentation in national meetings.2. Proficient in both spoken and written English communication skills Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Preferred Qualifications
