Post-Merger Integration Lead: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders Work closely with senior leadership to manage timelines for integration of acquistions Establish initial integration processes including people, systems, and programs Work closely with the Corporate Development Execution team Manage junior team members, including analysts and interns Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments Post-Merger Integration Lead should have the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience in M&A Integration, Consulting/Big 4, or Corporate Development. MBA or Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields preferred.
