Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to maintain accuracy and compliance• Resolve compliance issues and improve inefficiencies• Prepare property service contracts and maintain paperwork• Support Lease Administrators in compiling tenant lease documents• Process and maintain welcome packages for new tenants• Coordinate tenant close-out checklist and confirm accuracy• Organize real estate tax appeals and maintain necessary documents• Track open projects and completion of tasks assigned to PM• Initiate monthly aged delinquency process and prepare reports• Work with PM and Account Receivable on billing issues• Verify and approve annual true-ups with PM and Accountant• Manage shared drive documents and ensure compliance• Assist with additional responsibilities assigned by SPM• Allocate time to help direct reports perform effectively
Requirements
• 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel• Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments• Attention to detail and accuracy• Strong analytical and communication skills• MRI and Property Management experience is a plus
