Centurion Analytics, LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled Porter to support our maintenance team in Front Royal, VA. The primary responsibilities of the Porter involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain the communitys appeal. The Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as needed, in efforts to manage the facility in an efficient manner.
Cleaning the interior and exterior building and grounds while maintaining basic operating systems & standards
Assisting maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture, and unloading and storing supplies
Assisting with groundskeeping, and general maintenance
Assisting with apartment make-ready duties including trash outs, cleaning and painting
Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas; stocking bathrooms; and emptying trash in designated area
Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
Performs additional duties requested
Inform management of supplies needed on a weekly basis
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ability to commute/relocate: Front Royal, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: Porter/ Groundskeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
Part time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Requirements 1- 2+ years doing landscaping and property/commercial maintenance
HVAC experience a plus
Be available and flexible to attend meetings as needed
Possess a wide range of maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to carry out a wide range of repairs with excellent quality
Excellent customer service and people skills
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
Ability to bend, twist, squat and lift to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Knowledge of safe work practices (OSHA)
