Job Summary:As a Porsche Service Advisor at Bill Pearce Motors in Reno, Nevada, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and support for our valued clients. This is a full-time, commission based position in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a base salary of $6000-$11000 per month, paid semi-monthly. In addition to the base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, providing a friendly and professional first impression.Consult with customers to understand their service and repair needs, and recommend appropriate services in accordance with factory guidelines and customer budget.Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding any updates or changes to their service orders.Coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance services.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and service orders.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer service targets.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry.Knowledge of Porsche vehicles and their service and maintenance requirements preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven sales and customer service track record.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office.EEOC Statement:At Bill Pearce Motors, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
