Porsche Certified Technician

Job Summary:Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Porsche Certified Technician to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Full Time - Flat rate Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair services on Porsche vehicles. This individual contributor role requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is based on experience, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance services on Porsche vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacementsDiagnose and repair complex issues with Porsche vehicles, such as engine and transmission problemsUse diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and troubleshoot vehicle issuesFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environmentKeep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance services performedCommunicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer serviceRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience as a Porsche Certified TechnicianMust be certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Bill Pearce Motors is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
