If this sounds like you, apply today!Responsibilities:Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipmentMaintain record of paperwork and services performedTest pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemicals levelsDiscover and repair leaks or cracks in the pool area's structure, plumbing, or pipesTroubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipmentRemove and install new underwater lightsAdvise customers on best preventative maintenance practicesSkim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floorCheck and balance chemicals in the pool to maintain proper pH levelsInspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, and report any issues to the supervisorPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer basketsQualifications:Must have a valid driver's licenseCandidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditionsPrevious experience as a pool technician and understanding of common pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipmentHigh school diploma or GED requiredPhysical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are requiredAbout Company:Superior Pool Service is a leading pool service company in the Dallas, Fort Worth area.
