The Applied English Center is seeking qualified professionals with ESL/EFL teaching experience.Positions are available for part-time or full-time temporary lecturers, varying based on program needs.Lecturers will primarily focus on instructional roles.

Responsibilities
• Teach up to 16 hours per week in the intensive English program, specialized short-term programs, and/or other AEC programs.• Other duties as assigned.• Participate in professional service and professional growth as required by appointment terms.
Requirements
• Appropriate authorization to work in the U.S. before employment begins.• Completion of a satisfactory background check.• Master's degree with concentration in TESL/TEFL or M.A. in Applied Linguistics with coursework in TESL/TEFL, OR• Bachelor's degree with concentration in TESL/TEFL or Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics with coursework in TESL/TEFL.• 1 year of ESL/EFL teaching experience with students from more than one culture (for Master's degree holders) OR 2 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience with students from more than one culture (for Bachelor's degree holders).• Native speaker of English or required TOEFL and SPEAK scores for non-native speakers of English.
Key Skills Needed
