Position OverviewStudent Associate Regnier Hall front desk staff role is important to the Edwards Campus in Overland Park, KS. This position will offer superior customer service, conduct, dedication, and a positive attitude to all students, staff, faculty, and visitors to the Edwards campus.
Job DescriptionThe Edwards Campus Regnier Hall front desk student associate is a key member of the KUED Campus. This position greets guests to the administrative suite. Assists with welcoming visitors, students, faculty, and staff to campus. In addition, this position assists with the following: Incoming mail and deliveries. Notifying staff of packages received. Assisting events team with greeting clients, serving beverages Work with leadership team with administrative tasks as requested. Schedule conference room and gold parking passes for staff going to Lawrence. Required QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite as evidenced in the application materials.Previous experience with customer service as evidenced by application materials.Students holding student hourly appointments must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours each semester during the academic year.2.5 cumulative Grade Point Average.Eligible for Federal Work Study through KU Financial Aid.Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with KU Edwards campus in Overland Park, KS.Experience multitasking / executing multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communicator via phone, email, and other virtual means.Credit hours enrolled are with KU Edwards campus in Overland Park, KSAdditional Candidate InstructionsA complete application consists of: Cover Letter addressing how the required qualifications are met Resume Three professional references – can be faculty or staff familiar with your work.
