Responsibilities
• Project coordination with internal departments and outside vendors• Gather preliminary data and conduct background research for projects• Program surveys and test survey programming• Monitor and take notes for client conference calls, focus groups, and other qualitative• Draft questions and help prepare scripts for focus groups• Prepare data tables and PowerPoint decks showcasing research findings• Conduct quality control checks on quantitative and qualitative data• Proof data in memos, charts, graphs• Work on specialized research projects as requested• Provide support and assistance outside of core job function
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree or at least 4 years of relevant training/work experience• Keen eye for detail and excellent time-management/organizational skills• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills• Strong math skills and experience working with data• A good listener and thoughtful reader; able to take clear, thorough notes• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• A self-starter, able to work well independently and collaboratively• Able to work weekends/evenings• Coursework in computer programming, statistics, and/or data analytics• Working knowledge of statistical software packages• Fluency in Spanish
