Act as the Poker Host and maintain the Poker Room Bank for poker room transactions following all cashier procedures. Responsible for greeting prospective and regular Poker players, directing them to open tables for play Responsible for registering and seating new players and maintaining a list of the players waiting to get into a game using the Bravo System Assist dealers by getting fills for their table banks. Accurately balances assigned bank. Cashes chips and gaming tokens into money for customers, in a courteous, timely manner. Cashes personal checks and travelers checks for currency. Redeems foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for the various currencies received. Processes marker buy-back transactions, providing quality service to each customer. Answers the phone; assists customers with any credit-related problems. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality. Including guests and associates information. Leads by setting a positive example to all Associates. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. AGE and GAMING: 21 years of age or above
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED is preferred.
TESTING: Must be able to pass the Basic Math Test with 85%. Must take the required testing identified for this position
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must have money handling experience (preferably banking). Must understand all poker games spread in Poker Room. Must possess telephone etiquette skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least ten (10) pounds, walk or stand for 100% of the assign shift. Bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling required throughout shift.
