Romano's Macaroni Grill is looking for Dishwashers to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The Dishwasher's role is to provide 'Guest First' service to their internal guests. The dishwasher works as part of the Macaroni Grill team to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plates and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition. The dishwasher may sometimes assist in food preparation procedures.

Responsibilities: Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and places them in dish washing machine. Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine. Cleans garbage cans and trash receptacles. Assembles, maintains and breaks down dish machine. Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, slicers, chef knives, mixers, etc. as needed Unloading and storing deliveries. Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled. Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans. Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures. Benvenuto!
