Pm Cook - Server

Our hotel is currently hiring a PM Server/Cook.Responsibilities:Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu itemsClean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulationsRecognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste managementEstablish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the necessary ingredients for the shiftDemonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associatesTake orders and serve food to guestsQualifications:Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificateWe prefer some experience working in the food service industryMust be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storageMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkersCandidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethicAbout Company:Modernly designed with you in mind, our Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Greenville offers guests upgraded guest rooms and amenities, coupled with first-class service.
