Responsibilities
• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members• Update and enter member information into the database• Assist with games, contests, drawings, and give-aways• Maintain strict confidentiality in customer interactions• Utilize active listening skills in emotionally charged situations
Requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license• Basic math skills• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events• Minimum of 3 months of related experience preferred• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and point-of-sale system• Standing for extended periods of time• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Occasional bending and stooping• Exposure to high volume noise
