QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a platform product management, demonstrating a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills : Expertise in APIs, infrastructure, service architecture, and scaling are essential. Proficiency in developing flow diagrams using tools such as Lucid chart & other development management tools.
Stakeholder Management : Possess excellent collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work across cross-functional teams. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Measurement and Analytics : Experience in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform products. Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure and analyze the impact of platform initiatives.
Agile Environment : Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and iterative work environment
