Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs proper set-ups and start-ups on all plastic injection molding equipment in the molding cell according to provided work instructions.
Operates all plastic injection molding equipment in the molding cell according to work instructions.
Inspects and gauges parts per work instructions.
Tracks & documents hourly production and set-up times as required.
Maintain accurate records.
Trains as required.
Qualifications / Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Read & write.
Basic math skills.
Read blueprints and work instructions.
Understands proper use of measuring and inspection equipment.
Basic computer/technology skills.
Have ability to quickly determine the best path forward when faced with complex challenges, working with others to develop and evaluate possible solutions.
