Summary:This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving production across various products and equipment.  
Job Description: 95% of the workday will be on the manufacturing floor working on projects, operating and repair of equipmentInvolvement with equipment operators to ensure parts are programmed, training and any process related issuesResponsible for working with engineering teams on parts programming, assembly set up and tasks and process improvements Implementation of Engineer Change Notices (ECN) and Process Change Instructions (PCI)Support production as needed, capable of building all products to the expected quality standards in the designated area of focus on an as needed basisAssist production staff with product related questionsWork with Plant manager on various facility improvement projectsJob Requirements: 0-10 yrs experience4-year technical degree, in an electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculumInternship/co-op experience is preferredMust enjoy hands on product exposureElectrical skills and experience neededAutoCAD or similar software a mustMulti-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a mustStrong desire to please the customer with perfect product quality and to maintain a safe work environmentPhysical Requirements: Ability to work standing for 8 - 10 hours at a timeRequired to use ladder, forklift or other means to acquire parts for product assemblyAble to use power & hand tools, as well as electrical testing and measuring equipmentAbility to lift 35 to 50 pounds independentlyBenefits: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days based upon tenure401-K with employer matchOptional medicalDisability and life insurance based upon election of medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA)Relocation assistanceSalary:Competitive base salary + monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
