What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean principles to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operational.
- Manage the budget for plant operations, focusing on cost control and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on production performance and strategic initiatives.
