Plant Manager

Essential Functions: Manage planning and execution to meet customer commitments and requirements. Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the operations by the application of lean principles to improve safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop, align, and maintain communications throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives. Results driven with the ability to work in a high-performance manufacturing environment. Build a climate that empowers and motivates leadership and teamwork at all levels for employees to perform at their highest levels. Strong Leadership capabilities and the ability to demonstrate mentorship, training, and support for the success of employees while achieving departmental, site, and corporate goals. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical related field or business or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing Schedule flexibility is a must for this role. Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and implement long term solutions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
