Our client, is seeking a Plant Manager to sit out of the Ladysmith, WI location which is an assembly plant for aluminum-clad wood windows. This person would have 10 direct reports and sit onsite, but potential for remote work if needed infrequently.
Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Ladysmith, WI 54848
Pay Range: $125k- $175k Base + Bonus
What's the Job?
Almost 300 employees in the plant but would have 10 direct reports
Develop budget and cost controls.
Lead continuous improvements initiatives
Establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
Confer with management personnel to establish safety, production, and quality control standards.
What's Needed?
Associates Degree with extensive experience; otherwise, Bachelors Degree or higher
5+ years in a leadership role
Building materials/glass/lumber industry experience
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing
