Requirements
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Operations Management, Business or related degree• Minimum of 7 years' experience working metal-related management• Strong knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing projects• Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience preferably in steel or other related metals• Minimum of 7 years' experience managing multiple direct reports• Experience managing an IATF certified production facility is desired• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing, machining, scheduling and shop operations is preferred
