Plant Engineering Manager

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 base salary + 10% bonus Esteemed Fortune 500 leader in the consumer packaged goods sector is in search of a dynamic Plant Engineering Manager to drive innovation and excellence at their facility in Mt. Vernon, IL. Responsibilities: Orchestrating the collaboration of cross-functional engineering and operational teams across various departments on numerous capital initiatives. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, encompassing scope definition, cost estimation, and timeline management. Initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, efficiency, labor relations, sanitation, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This position is tailor-made for an engineering professional who relishes intricate problem-solving, thrives on leading diverse teams, and is dedicated to harnessing technology to foster innovation and streamline operations in manufacturing environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent Capital Projects. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food, or Beverage sectors is advantageous.
